Even clairvoyants cannot see every possible future eventuality. It’s not possible, since the variety of human events is limitless. That is why the VETO LT team does not limit itself to just a few basic spheres of activity. We endeavour to assist our clients with all their legal situations or problems. Only in exceptional circumstances — when we think that other specialists are in a better position to solve our client’s problem more economically or more satisfactorily — do we decline to accept an assignment.
The VETO LT team has a wealth of experience in doing various specific transactions and in resolving various legal situations and problems. We represent clients in negotiations and we create optimal transaction models and plans. We arrange all the documents of the transaction, organise the signing of the transactions and monitor the implementation of the contracts. We represent our clients in the case of disputes arising.
Other legal issues in which we get involved are mostly those related to trade and customs, delivery and distribution, public tendering, transport, logistics and other services. In providing consultations on these issues we cooperate closely with customs agents, notaries, bailiffs and other individuals whose special knowledge is essential for resolving specific legal situations.
