We advise our clients when they are entering into various buying and selling transactions. We represent them in negotiations in Lithuania and abroad. We analyse situations and suggest optimal solutions for the transactions. We advise our clients on customs and import and export procedures and represent them in their dealings with customs agents. We assess the tax consequences of transactions and other risks. We draft the documents for transactions, organise their signing and monitor their implementation.
