Construction and use of independent contractors
We advise our clients on issues of construction and use of independent contractors. We represent them in negotiations, likewise in their dealings with architects, contractors, sub-contractors, principals, project managers, technical supervisors, other individuals and state institutions. We analyse situations and propose optimal solutions for transactions. We evaluate the taxation consequences and other risks of the transactions. We arrange all the documents of the transaction, organise the signing of the transactions and monitor the implementation of the contracts, represent our clients at the registration of the real estate and property rights in the public register.
