Legal entities
The majority of our clients are legal entities. In general, so many legal dealings involve legal entities that it is necessary to know a good deal about them and in great detail. We believe that it is not enough to just know. It is very important to be able to visualise all the situations arising in the work of legal entities from their own point of view.
The VETO LT team has helped establish many various new legal entities: private limited companies, associations, public bodies, partnerships and others. We have accumulated a good deal of experience in privatisation, and in the purchase and sale of enterprises, both in terms of shares and as separate property holdings, likewise separation and restructuring, reorganisation of legal entities with an increase or decrease of authorised capital and a change of the name, address or governing bodies of the legal entity. Issues may include dismissal of the existing workforce or recruitment of new workers, decisions about conflicts and arguments between shareholders and the administration of the legal entity and other issues associated with legal entities and their management.
In advising our clients on legal entity activity and management issues, we cooperate closely with auditors, accountants, finance experts, bank specialist, evaluators, notaries, bailiffs and other individuals whose special knowledge is essential for increasing the value of firms and for providing advice on legal entity activity and management issues.
